أُوَكِّلُ وَأُقِيمُ مَقام نَفسي السيد [اسم الوكيل كاملاً]، أردني الجنسية، حامل الرقم الوطني [الرقم الوطني]،

وذلك ليقوم بإدارة كافة أموالي المنقولة وغير المنقولة الكائنة في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية سواء أكانت تخصني  أو حصلت عليها عن طريق الإرث الشرعي من أي كان، وأوكله في شراء الأراضي والعقارات و الشقق والسيارات والأسهم وتسجيلها باسمي، ودفع الرسوم واستلام سندات التمليك و في إقامة الأبنية و المنشئات و الحصول على تراخيص الأبنية و المخططات  وفي الصرف والتوقيع نيابة عني على كافة الأوراق والمعاملات المتعلقة بذلك  لدى الدوائر الحكومية المختصة والجهات ذات العلاقة كدوائر الأراضي والتسجيل و المساحة  والبلديات وشركة الكهرباء ومصالح المياه ودوائر السير وكاتب العدل والجمارك وضريبة الدخل ووزارة الصناعة والتجارة، والغرف الصناعية والتجارية، وأية جهات مختصة،  و عموما كافة الوزارات و الدوائر الرسمية و غير الرسمية، وأوكله في إفراز العقارات والتجزئة والتسوية والقسمة رضائيا أو قضائيا مع مراعاة مصلحتي في عملية الإفراز على ان يكون إفرازا و تقسيما عادلا لمصلحتي،  وأوكله في المرافعة والمدافعة والمخاصمة في كل دعوى تكونت أو ستتكون بيني وبين أي كان وبأي خصوص كان، لدى أي محكمة من محاكم المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية سواء أمام المحاكم النظامية أو الشرعية على اختلاف درجاتها وأنواعها ووظائفها صلحا وبداية واعتراضا واستئنافا وتمييزا، وحتى لآخر درجة من درجات المحاكمة، وأوكله في تقديم اللوائح والاستدعاءات وما يلزم من الأوراق والمستندات، وفي التبليغ والتبلغ وإقامة البينة وفي انتخاب الخبراء والمحكمين وعزلهم، وفي طلب وضع الحجز التحفظي وتثبيته أو فكه، وفي الدخول بصفة شخص ثالث وفي اعتراض الغير، وفي طلب التحليف، وفي إجراء المصالحات والتسويات شريطة موافقتي الخطية ،  وأوكله بالإقرار نيابة عني شريطة موافقتي الخطية المسبقة،  وأوكله في كل ما يجوز به التوكيل شرعا و قانونا وتوكيل من يشاء من المحامين و ذلك بحدود ما وكل به، وفي عزلهم، وكالة عامة مفوضه لرأيه وقوله وفعله، و يستثنى من أحكام هذه الوكالة البيع و الرهن و فتح الحسابات في البنوك و كذلك يستثنى الاقتراض و صرف الشيكات و سحب الأموال من البنوك.

General Power of Attorney

I, the undersigned, [Full name of the principal], a Jordanian national, holding National ID number [National ID number] and passport number [Passport number] issued in [Place of passport issuance] on [Date of passport issuance], do hereby appoint and constitute Mr. [Full name of the agent], a Jordanian national, holding National ID number [National ID number],

 as my true and lawful attorney. He is granted full power and authority to act in my name, place, and stead, to manage all my movable and immovable assets located in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, whether owned by me or inherited by me through legal inheritance from any person.

This power of attorney authorizes him to purchase lands, real estates, apartments, vehicles, and stocks in my name, and to register them accordingly. He is also authorized to pay any related fees and receive the title deeds on my behalf. Furthermore, he can construct buildings and facilities, obtain the necessary building permits and plans, and disburse funds as needed. He is granted the right to sign on my behalf on all related papers and transactions before all competent governmental departments and relevant authorities, such as Land and Survey Departments, municipalities, electricity company, water authorities, Traffic Department, Notary Public, Customs, Income Tax Department, Ministry of Industry and Trade, chambers of commerce and industry, and any other competent authorities, including all ministries and official and non-official departments.

My appointed representative is also authorized to partition, subdivide, settle, and divide real estates, whether amicably or judicially, always ensuring that my interests are protected and that any division is fair and just. He can represent me in pleading, defending, and litigating in any lawsuit that has arisen or may arise between me and any other person, for any reason, before any court in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. This includes representation before regular or Sharia courts of all degrees, types, and functions, in all stages of litigation, including reconciliation, initiation, objection, appeal, and cassation. He is authorized to submit pleadings, petitions, and all necessary documents and papers, serve and receive notices, present evidence, and select and dismiss experts and arbitrators. He can also request, establish, or remove precautionary attachments, intervene as a third party, object to third parties, and request oaths.

Furthermore, my agent is authorized to conduct reconciliations and settlements on my behalf, subject to my written consent, and to make declarations on my behalf, subject to my prior written consent. This power of attorney grants him full authority to act on my behalf in all matters mentioned above, with the exception of selling and mortgaging properties, opening bank accounts, borrowing money, cashing checks, and withdrawing funds from banks. He can also appoint and dismiss any lawyer as he deems necessary, within the limits of this power of attorney.
