This employment contract is made on the 1 December 2013 between:

———————————- Italian company, (hereinafter referred to as “the employer”)

1- . The employee hereby accepts employment with the employer for the performance of the duties works and any other services assigned to the employer from time to time by the employer hereunder.  

2-     The duties and responsibilities shall be as follows: Regional Office Representative  

3-     The employee further agrees to faithfully carry out assigned duties and responsibilities and not engage in any conduct which might contradict with the interest of the employer.  

4- . The employer shall pay (—————–) JD as a whole salary to the employee on the last date of each month. departure leave and late arrival without any notice or emergency reason will cause a salary deduction on hourly basis.  

5- . This contract is valid only for one year.  

6-     the 13^th month salary will be paid together with the salary of December based on the months worked during the year. if the contract is concluded within one year after working more than one year the 13^th month salary will be paid count working months

يستحق الموظف أجازه سنوية 21 يوم في حال استمر بالعمل خمس سنوات متواصلة وقبل ذلك تكون 14 يوم عن كل سنة والحقوق العمالية التالية:

7-      Vacations: The employee receives 21 days annual vacation after 5 consecutive years of employment by the employer prior to the employee receives 14 days annual vacation.

– Maternity leave is entitled of a maximum 14 days upon the submission of a medical report explaining the reason for vacation in case of admission into hospital employee is entitled for additional 14 days with paid salary.

– In case the employee fails to consume his or her allocation of vacations the employer shall pay compensation on the unused vacations according to the available budget

إذا كان الموظف أردني يوافق صاحب العمل على قبول الموظف بنظام الضمان الاجتماعي بحسب قانون الضمان الاجتماعي الأردني وفي تلك الحالة لن يتم الامتيازات

– In case the employee is Jordanian the employer accepts for the employee the social security system in accordance with the Jordanian social security law in such a case the retirement allowance will not be paid

8- . Both contracting parties can terminate with one-month advance written notification on terminal employee has been employed by the employer for at least one-year months extra salary shall be paid to the employee, however, the employer can terminate this contract at any time by paying a month’s extra salary to the employee.

9-      Any paramount mistake negligence of duties repeat absence from work or tardiness without cause and other behavior of the employee which might contradict with the interest of the interest of the employer and after the issuance of three warning letters the employer may terminate the contract in such case the employer does not pay the extra provided in the preceding article

10- – The employee shall keep the company secrets from the employer and shall not disclose them in any way even after the expiry of the work contract the employer can accuse the employee to the court if those employees reveal the company secrets

11- – The employer has the final authority to decide on the disputes arising from the interpretation and application of this contract

12- – All particulars of the agreement between the contracting parties have been stipulated in this contract and any other claims or obligations of the employer or the employee shall not exit the employee whose contract is terminated in accordance with (article no .11) agrees not to bring any claim to the employer

13- – The contract shall be effective one year and can be renewed on due course unless otherwise this contract is terminated the age for retirement of the employee is provisionally 55 years old. the employer reserves the right to offer employment to persons of age 55 or older or extend employment after he or she becomes age 55.
