1 – articles of association of the parent society (the original copy or a certified true copy

2- translation of the articles of association of the parent society into Arabic duly authenticated .

3- certificate of registration certificate of the parent society (the original copy or a certified true copy

4- translation of the registration certificate of the parent society into Arabic (duly authenticated

5- authorization letter (powers of attorneys) translated and duly authenticated ( I will send the form when you request)

6- a statement of the names and addresses of the founders and members of the parent society board of directors (the original copy or a certified true copy and  duly authenticated translation thereof .

7- a statement of the addresses of the branches of the society in the other countries translated and  duly authenticated

8- a statement of the programs and enterprises needed to be implemented in the kingdom translated and duly authenticated

9- the financial and administrative report for the last two years translated and authenticated

10- the parent society resolution for establishing the branch in Jordan translated and authenticated

11- no conviction certificates for Jordanian individuals and photocopy of the passport for non-Jordanian individuals.

12- All the previous documents shall be original and authenticated from the Embassy of Jordan in your country .
