Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Nature of Services:
The services provided by Rights Protectors Law Firm through the jordan-lawyer.com website are intangible legal and consulting services. These services cannot be “returned” once they have been provided.
2. Legal Consultation Policy:

Before the Consultation: If a client requests a legal consultation and pays the fee, they have the right to cancel the request and receive a full refund, provided the cancellation is made before our legal team has provided the consultation.

After the Consultation: Once the legal consultation has been provided (whether in writing, by phone, or during a meeting), the contract is considered to have been executed, and the client is not entitled to a refund of the fees paid.
3. Legal Cases and Power of Attorney Policy:

Fees for legal cases and powers of attorney are subject to a direct agreement between the firm and the client and are determined by a formal power of attorney contract.

Refund of Fees: The policy for a refund of fees in the event of cancellation of the power of attorney or termination of the contractual relationship before the case is concluded is determined based on the terms stipulated in the power of attorney contract signed by both parties.
4. Exceptional Cases:
Hamat Al-Haq Law Firm reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, in the event of exceptional circumstances that our team deems justifiable.
5. How to Request a Refund:
In cases where the client is entitled to a refund, they must send a formal request via email to sami@jordan-lawyer.com, stating the invoice number and the reason for the refund request. The request will be reviewed, and a response will be provided within five business days.
